INSTRUCTIONS FOR REQUESTING IMAGES
(Please read carefully)

1. After we receive the completed form which you fill out (here), we will do a quick check to see if we have the subjects you requested. We will notify you of the results of our search via email. Please make sure you correctly enter your email address into the form.

2. Should you wish to receive the material you requested, we can proceed in three ways:

We can place a webpage online with available images in low resolution. You will be able to choose which images best fit your needs directly online. You will be billed a US$100 service fee, payable by credit card in advance . This fee can be applied against a future purchase of image licenses totalling over US$250.

We can send via insured courier (DHL) a selection of the images which fit you needs. You will be billed a US$100 service fee, plus insurance and transportation expenses, payable by credit card in advance.

We can send digital files of images via internet (secured FTP) or on CDs. Again, you will be billed a US$100 service fee, payable by credit card in advance . This fee can be applied against a future purchase of image licenses totalling over US$250.

3. After you have reviewed the slide transparencies or digital files, let us know which ones you would like to use, and we will quote you a price and generate an invoice. You will be required to return any unused images immediately (within 1 week), and a time period for holding of the other images will be negotiated.
